About Us

Rooms

Private Suite with a Full Kitchen, Full Bath-En Suite and an Outdoor Balcony. It has 1 Queen Bed for a Maximum of 2 people.

Amenities

There is everything you would need for a short stay or an extended one. Apple TV with Netflix, Internet, and a work Station/Desk. I provide Bottled water and Peligrino water. There are kitchen supplies including a Keurig and Coffee Pot. There are a variety of Coffee Flavors and Strengths, and several types of Teas for you to enjoy. There is a Full Complement of Lush Towels and Bathroom Amenities.

Rates

Rates are variable from $69 weekdays in the Winter to $119 for weekends in the middle of Summer. Check Availability under the "Look for Details" button. It will show daily rates. There is NO Security Deposit and the Cleaning fee is $65. Currently I only take Reservations 3 months in Advance. Please plan accordingly.Thank you.
